Nickel pool: each member adds $0.05 for each person above them in the line (up to $1 / $3 / $5 by plan). It's shared once a month by people with 1 or more personals, one share per personal.
Sponsor levels: 8%, 3%, 2%, 2%, 2% and 1% of each plan, 6 levels deep.
Binary: after 2 personals, 15% of your smaller side. Your pay leg is all your personals' teams except your first one's.
Matching: 20% of the binary your personals earn.
80% limit: if bonuses would go over 80% of the money coming in, every bonus is lowered by the same amount.
